The first news that attracted my attention today was that homeless people or people in danger of being evicted in Detroit, lined up yesterday to apply for $3000 assistance. I was told that the line was quite long. One lady complained that she had to wait two hours in line, and that she had pain in her hips.
One of the requirements was; you had to be able to secure housing with the money, whatever that means.

The next thing that caught my attention concerned a poll. 60% of white people disapproved of the way Obama was handling something. 40% of black, and they did say black, people disapproved of the way Obama was handling something. The point is; some black people will go with a black person, right or wrong.
